For shipping from the United Kingdom or the United States, please contact us first. We will agree the shipping arrangements with you personally. Please do not select standard courier collection.

I would like collection by an insured courier

We can arrange for your watch to be collected by an insured courier. Shipping is arranged through ParcelBroker and insured for up to €10,000. You will receive a shipping label by email; attach it to an ordinary parcel (maximum 30 × 25 × 20 cm and 1 kg). On your preferred collection day, a UPS driver will collect the parcel between 10:00 and 15:00. The €30 insured-shipping fee is not payable in advance; we include it in the invoice for your watch.

Preferred collection date

After we confirm the arrangements, you will receive a shipping label by email. For requests received by 4 pm, collection can be arranged from the next working day.

For watches valued at more than €10,000, we are happy to arrange a personal handover in Oppenheim or shipping with separately agreed insurance. Please contact us before sending your watch. For this, leave standard collection unselected and describe your shipping request in the message field.
